To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the iconic Mizuno Morelia, we traveled to its place of inception: Osaka, Japan. Our role was to capture and produce all content for Mizuno Football during the Morelia Summit, both on and off the pitch.
We visited the Mizuno factory to document how the Made in Japan Morelia boots are crafted. From heel to toe, each boot is assembled and finished entirely by hand, a process that reflects the craftsmanship, precision, and premium quality Mizuno stands for. We got a first glimpse of the newest Moralia of which we shot the campaign photos.
From the energy of the summit to behind the scenes moments, we brought the spirit of Morelia to life across all Mizuno football channels. A key moment of the tour was a special pop-up location in Osaka, where Mizuno honored the legacy of the Morelia with the launch of the Ruby Red Pack, alongside special guest and the first ever football player who wore the Morelia; Antonio Careca, whom we also interviewed.
The outcome was a rich, story-driven content series connecting heritage, innovation, and football culture at its source.
